What is the investment?
I'm proud to offer my services at some of the most affordable rates for actors in NYC. My professional headshot sessions start at just $175 for students, slowly going up in price depending on what you're looking for! I do not charge above $375 for headshots. You can view headshot rates here.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes! A $100 non refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance may be paid the day of. I will send an invoice if you prefer to pay online with credit card or Paypal, but I also accept Venmo, Zelle, or cash the day of.

 

What do I wear?
I encourage you to wear anything that makes you feel confident! Some photographers will have strict requirements based on your "type", but I find that limiting. I love texture and color, so bring all the options! I would refrain against any distracting patterns and logos, but otherwise, I'm game!

 

When will I receive my photos?
After your session, you will receive a fully downloadable gallery of your images within 7 days. Once you select the photos you'd like retouched, the studio provides up to 14 days to complete and deliver the edited versions. If you need your photos or retouched images sooner, rush delivery is available for an additional $50 fee. 

 

What is your rescheduling policy?
To reschedule, please contact at least 72 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be required to pay a new deposit.

 

Do you provide a makeup artist/hair stylist?
I do not currently work with a makeup artist or hair stylist. If you wear makeup, I encourage you to do it how you would for an audition! From clean aesthetic to full beat, I want you to bring in whatever feels most authentic to you!

For hair, I recommend doing anything to minimize fly aways (these can always be edited as well) and wearing it how it feels natural to you. For people with facial hair, feel free to shave during your session if you want different styles.

 

Headshots vs Portraits?
Headshot sessions are all about capturing clear, professional images that meet industry standards—perfect for auditions, or any situation where a polished, straightforward representation of you is essential. On the other hand, my portrait sessions offer a much broader canvas to express your personality, style, and story. It’s about showing who you are, what you represent, and how you want the world to see you. This session gives us room to be creative with lighting, poses, and settings, allowing us to craft images that truly reflect your unique character and vibe. 

 

Do you provide consultations prior to your sessions?
I currently provide personalized consultations for my pro headshot packages and portrait sessions where we can talk about locations, props, and how we want to customize your photo shoot.

Can I bring guests?
Guests must be authorized by me prior to your shoot.

What is the studio like? What are the vibes?
My studio is in my cozy apartment in Washington Heights! It is elevator accessible. We receive plenty of light during the day but I have studio lights to accommodate for all situations and needs!  I encourage you to prepare an Apple Music or Spotify playlist so you feel at ease. Outdoor locations for portrait sessions will be decided prior to your shoot.
